Pat McConnell graduated with a degree in engineering from the University of Florida. A lifetime entrepreneur, he is best known as a pioneer in cable television and community leader in Central Florida. Pat has always been well versed in reading and dissecting budgets and financial statements. This ability has earned him a reputation as a respected “go to guy” for real budget facts at the local, state and federal levels. Most recently, he was a real estate developer on the west coast of Florida. When the real estate market crashed, he took a year off to research what had happened. What he discovered about government financials, and subsequently about the actual structure of our government, led to the subject of a new book entitled, Government of Deceit.

Pat believes that Americans should be able to support themselves financially and enjoy a strong faith and relationship with God.

He lives on Anna Maria Island with his wife, Kaye.
